We Have placed our Mother in This Facility 9 months ago, after she had a Massive heart Attack,,,, and I Must Say that she is very Happy with the Care she receives, the staff are all Friendly and kind,,, They Also have a Drs,, On Site, Podiatry, Physio,, Entertainment, Church service, Excersises, Outings Hairdresser,,, Washing Done,,, Food 5 times a Day,,,, We Are So Happy that Our Mother Loves this Place and Feels Very Much at Home,,, No More Loneliness at Home Alone,,,Thank You Very Much For All the Staff for their Wonderful Care,,,,,

The manager is really supportive and understanding. The staff are nice and work together as a team focused on providing resident focused care, maintaining the safety standards and safe practices.

I was employed here for a very short period of time a few years ago and then dismissed without any reason. Having worked in many nursing homes over the years I would not advise anyone to pick this nursing home for their family. I was witness to several practices that were extremely below par. And the activities program was very poor.

Awful...the staff see you approach and they are suddenly able to move and dissapear in the other direction.And if you manage to catch a staff member i the reply to a I'llrequest is I'll go get someone that can help and Noone arrives 27 minutes went by with the buzzer on ..waiting for this staff member to arrive ..So I asked another staff member for assistance to be told not her section and would get someone...Finally someone arrived that couldn't understand the word toilet stated is a student doesn't know what to do and would go get another staff knee...what a joke

The new extension makes the facility feel even more like a resort than an institution. This open feeling together with the friendly, open management and staff make us grateful we selected Noble Gardens to support Mum.

One of rhe best aged care facility in the area, very homily environment for the elderly,lots of activities on offer for the residents. Very caring staff members. You feel welcomed every time you visit.
