Poor quality service and results. Avoid at all costs.I brought a special ring of my wife's in for repair after a solder came loose. Not only was the ring returned to me horribly misshapen but also several sizes smaller than when I brought it in and the central stone was damaged. When I asked for the issue to be rectified, it was flatly refused and then further requests ignored. Several high end jewellers that I have approached to fix the problem have informed me that they have heard numerous complaints of a similar nature from other customers about this particular jeweller. Very disappointing.
