CrossFit Encircle

Crossfit Encircle is a an exceptional place to train.It is an asset to Woy Woy. This is the without a doubt best gym I have ever been a member of.Kat the coach is welcoming and encouraging and really helps with technique and confidence issues.The classes are scaled to suit all levels of fitness and the vibe is really friendly and encouraging. It is more of a community than a gym.Just come say hello to her and you will see for yourself.

Wouldn’t take drop-ins for the open and didn’t respond to our email to ask if we could come by for 2 days. Got into another CrossFit who gave us a suggestion of coming in on a Saturday where we were able to do the open with them. Planning drop ins while traveling Australia for 50 days is not something that can happen in a week advance. We don’t know where we’ll be. If a box is to full to take people they need to respond faster.

Crossfit Encircle is an amazing supportive envioment that includes people of all fitness levels and all walks of life that uses holistic approach to health and wellness.

I love coming to Encircle. A real community of wonderful people and the most experienced and supportive trainers. Fitness for me is more than just high quality equipment but a community of people you want to be around and support you as well as high quality and qualified coaches that ensure you have the right technique and push you to your own customised level, ability and goals. Encircle does all of this! I love how welcoming the whole team is to everyone from all backgrounds and stages in health. There are also frequent chilled social post exercise activities including coffee, pizza and beach. I first came encircle in 2018 for a casual visit when visiting family in area, I’ve gone away living in others areas but always come back to Encircle. I’ve trained at approx 20 CrossFit gyms around the country and overseas and you can’t get any better. If you’re considering functional/CrossFit/class workouts for the first time Encircle is the right place to come where you can be guided slowly or pushed hard. They also have a super cool kids program and are dog friendly. Kat the gym/CrossFit owner is inspirational as a former Australian Institute of Sport Swimmer, her past own health and life obstacles, trained psychologist and naturopath and highly respected in the fitness and CrossFit industry - she also genuinely cares about every member of the Encircle community.

Kat and the community are amazing! If you're new to CrossFit or fitness in general, it is a GREAT place to start. More then just a gym!
