They treat people with disrespect and as if everyone is an idiot.The reception team are the it reason I gave a star at all.

Helped me out at very short notice and charged me minimally . Extremely impressed with their care factor and willingness to get me mobile quickly , which lessened an extremely difficult situation. Would recommend Armstrongs strongly .

These guys are great, Honest and down to earth. I couldn't fault their work and they even shouted me donuts the day i collected my car. If i ever find myself in another accident I will be back.

Lindsay was recommended to me by my mechanic and he did a great job. He was lovely to deal with.

I have 3 cars in my family and I have taken my car through my insurer and ever since then I have put them on as my preferred repairer as they do a good job and their customer relationship is excellent

Supposed to be a mate so against my better judgment I accepted a verbal quote. Once car was finished, quote increased by 40%. Yeah you heard right - 40%!! Then within 5 weeks the paint on my front bumper started cracking. Not sure what sort of drunk monkey worked on my car - as I've never seen such a poor quality of workmanship. Would never go back or recommend anyone to go here! What a disgrace!!!!

Took my car to SMART in Blackburn and they sent it here (all through AAMI). The people in Blackburn told me it was going to St Kilda, not Braeside, then I didnt hear anything for 2 weeks. When I rang Armstrongs to see what was happening they couldnt confirm my car was there, rang back later to check again and they said my car was grey (its black). The next day I rang back and they said they were going to total my car. After calling AAMI and complaining, the second assessor from AAMI approved repairs. When i rang another week later (4 weeks without a car) the receptionist told me my car was either metallic green or blue and it had been painted (my car should be black still). When I showed up to pick it up, theyd forgotten to put my front number plate back on and were telling me to go buy a new one before they managed to find my old number plate that was still intact and flat - they didnt have to flatten it before attatching it. Really dodgey, will not be letting my car anywhere near this place again. Thankfully they at least painted my car black and I can drive it again finally, so thats good.

I had to take my car there twice and it's still worse since I took it there, I would highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. If only I could give negative star feedback

I went there to get a quote for my car and they said they would email the quote to me and never received the quote. Very poor

Worst panel beater i have ever been to. Had to take car back multyple times over 16 months and was never finished properly. It wasnt even a big job or complicated. Phone calls are hardly ever returned. I gave up in the end and went elsewhere to have it finished. When they gave me back the car the first time, only half the car was finished. The mind boggles! The only thing they have going for them is the polite secretarial staff.
