Jayco Newcastle

I placed my order last year at the Sydney caravan and camping show for a 17ft Jayco Outback caravan. My experience with Jayco from that day has been exceptional. The sales rep Lucas, at Jayco Newcastle kept me informed along the way and has been very approachable and knowledgeable. The pizza Information night at Jayco Newcastle was very informative and interesting. The handover with Ben was thorough and I had the opportunity to ask questions. There was an issue with my vehicle’s wiring and Lucas went above and beyond to ensure this was rectified.All the staff that I came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Jayco Newcastle for your caravan; motor home or camper trailer needs.

I would love to say that my husband and I have had a excellent experience with jayco Newcastle. We bought a second hand motor home, which weather secondhand or brand new they are not cheap. It was our forever wanted purchase and unfortunately it hasn’t been a great experience. We brought it in the Covid lock down 2020 and had to have it delivered “contactless” Lucas was the salesman. Tim was the person who was dealing with the situation. At first jayco had our motor home more than we did. Tony and grant in service were extremely awesome they fixed everything that we needed to be fixed. From October 2020 till now we are still waiting for an awning to be replaced. Only to be told it’s still coming on order. We we’re able get the awning out with lots if pulling and probing and having to take a ladder with us, now it doesn’t come out at all so now we have to take a quick shad with us and that isn’t easy. Please jayco Newcastle stand by a good reputation and deal with our awning.

We received our van early than expected from Jayco Newcastle and decided to do a few short trips for a week each to familiarise with the new van. I was pleasantly surprised that we could not fault the van at all. The workmanship and finish for the price is impeccable . Like most people you have to make a few tweaks to suit ourselves but the van is excellent just like the service we received from start to finish. We are on our 4th van now and this is a winner .

My husband and I purchased a Jayco Conquest 25-1 and took delivery in February this year. The sales experience and service provided by Mitch was great, he was always quick to provide updates on delivery and also any other information or requests we had.Handover with Bec was awesome she took us through everything with a fine tooth comb, Bec really knows her stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jayco Newcastle if you’re looking to purchase a new RV or van. Our overall experience was excellent and we are so happy with our 25-1 it is luxury on wheels.
