I've been going there for years, always excellent service

I purchased a shoulder, neck and head massage for $35 for 30min. I was thrown around like a rag doll by an older Asian lady. As the day has gone on, the pain I went there with has slowly faded away. She did the job, a bit rough around my head and ears. The noise from passing foot traffic is annoying, especially if you were trying to relax. Fair price, good service.

One of the worse massages I have had. Had no idea. Used her knuckles. Terrible. Cold hands and no warming me up properly. Take my body elsewhere thanks

Booked for 3 people, 2 of us were on time. 1 of us was 10mins late. They booked us for 9am but then open the shop at 9am, the computer was still loading people are already waiting to be served. The lady serving us said why didn’t I call to tell them I was late and I said I did but nobody answered how can you answer the phone if your shop opens at the same time you book your first customer? Crazy. And then she said she can’t take in 2 of us that we’re on time because booking was under my name. The lady at the front should not be working at front desk, she is rude has bad attitude, very stressed and then taking it out on the customer. I have been here before and had a good experience but sorry your worker at the front desk has ruined that. She should learn to talk to people properly and open the shop before people are booked in.

Sometimes very good sometimes absolutely terrible. There are experienced staff and some who have no idea what they are doing

Every now and then I go there to do a Remedial Massage as I found it works really well on my body and really see results. This place is cozy and the staff are friendly. I have a favorite therapist who always explain me why he's doing this technique or another and give some recommendations, but have try some different ones too. All of them seem to have a good knowledge about different therapies. As I've studied a bit of manual therapies, I can see they know what they're doing and that I'm in good hands :)I always recommend this place for all kind of massages and other therapies. Next one will be the CUPPING Therapy as I'm curious about!

I had a head, neck and shoulder massage yesterday and will never go back there againThe therapist was so rude., gave a very hard pressure massage and .. just said finish" and walked off! He never asked how the pressure was or if I was okIt was a remedial massage and I didn't even get asked what areas were the problem

I am shocked to see some bisuness owners in Brisbane are absolutely outrageous, rude, racist and with poor customer service skills. Massage Philosophy guys are absolutely treated me with disrespect just because I have arrived 10 minutes late which I apologised for beacuse I had an emergency and kindly asked for the lady to be polite with cutomers. The staff member was even angry just because I told her that her reply was not polite and that she needs to treat her clients with respect and not raise her voice at them . I was then told off buy a rude customer, who had nothing to do with me. Very disappointed, I am feeling very grateful that I have cancelled mums appointment with them, which I wanted to gift it to her. I will never recommend and never come to them ever again. I am glad that I found a much better place in the same shopping centre with better humans.
