Trainers are very well experienced and design all workout that work on whole body’s part. they are so welcoming ,friendly and motivating you all time.Other Gym members are also very friendly and it feels like family..Gym is very speciousi see myself in two years very fit. I feel very energetic and having great endurance after joining gym.I personally thank you Bryan and Matt..So if you looking for personal training or group training Body blitz is best place to go..

Body Blitz Personal Training Studio
Great gym, perfect for a quick in and out. There are no lock in contracts and you are not paying for stuff you don't use. I like the 30 min PT sessions and I have been going twice a week, for nearly a year now. The trainers are all very friendly, motivating and professional. Very easy parking. The opening times are excellent, (6am) so you are done and at work on time.

One of the best place and somewhere which changed my life! I can’t believe I can run for 1 kilometre! Ben, Ryne, Matt and Bryan you guys are awesome! I started to enjoy life again after meeting you guys and the way you trained me! I worked out for more than 5 years in different gyms but now I look forward to come and start my 7pm sessions! Thank you Guys!

This gym is perfect for group or small boot camp sessions run by qualified and super friendly PTs. It has a very welcoming community feel to it and the PTs don't treat you like just a number. Warehouse has super tall ceilings which is perfect as the gym doesn't feel stuffy. Located in a quiet industrial site and not a thoroughfare for traffic which is perfect.

Training at Body Blitz has been one of the best decisions I have made! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or an athlete they will cater your training to suit you and your needs. Ben has done my programming and Personal Training for the last 5 years. I couldn’t be happier with the results I have achieved in this time. I know I wouldn’t have got there without the help of this amazing team.
