I love the clothing range in store, but come on no refund policy especially for online orders!! Not cool !!!And having to pay $8.95 to send the items back ! Really ?! This should not be at the customer's cost.Sorry guys but you just lost a consistent customer

The guy that served me went above and beyond to find the right sizing jacket for me. I wish I knew his name. He made me feel comfortable trying everything on. It was a pleasurable experience - thanks guys. However, biggest! contrast was the lady upstairs in the outlet section, seemed completely depresso. It sucked shopping up there, couldn't wait to be downstairs. I felt soo uncomfortable asking any questions.

Great service from Elena she was professional and very accommodating to going back and forth to get the correct sizes for me. Most importantly she was very considerate towards my wife and politely asked others to move so she could sit down.

It's ok didnt havr my size in the colour I wanted and werent able to order another ;*( I still bought the size up cause the playsuit is absoloutly amazing in the moroon colour

The staff in the store are so unique, sincere and personable that my gf and I went back to the store 2 days in a row. Andy and the ladies upstairs were so awesome we spent our entire travel budget on clothes LOL. Besides buying new material goods, we have made new friends which makes the experience of shopping the last 2 days so special for us. Much love and respect and wishing you guys every success for your staff and store xox

Staff here are AMAZING I mean all of them are incredible, but for me as a customer from day 1 , Elle really just stands out above the rest me and my business partner were talking about customer service and what we would like to offer our customers and Elle was brought up as an example, someone overheard our conversation and chimed in that they too had been into the store and mentioned how incredible she was and really takes the time to make sure you are looked after and have a great experience.If you looking for a standard to set great customer service against and how to get return customers Elle is what any customer facing company should be looking at.

Terrible service! I have ordered a dress from the store a week ago and it didn’t arrive yet even though they should deliver it within 5 days maximum! When I called to complain about this I got a shameful service from the store, and yet the dress is not here!!! So disappointed

Wish I could give no stars.They refused to give me a refund after they stuffed up the sizing of my order! Before this I was a regular customer that loved spending money on clothes. I even contacted them over the phone to which the girl I spoke to was so rude and basically told me that she didn't care. She even laughed when I exclaimed that I was disappointed that I had to pay the return postage for a mistake that the Bronze Snake Shop made!!!!! terrible customer service! DO NOT SHOP HERE.
