Parkside Towbars

Great customer service. We love our Maxliner canopy.

This is the second time I have used Parkside to fit a tow bar for me. I was surprised they were open between Christmas and New Year, but they were. They did a good job of the fitting, were helpful in exploring the different electric brake units and took time to share my other questions. The fitting was done within the time promised. I will use them again in the future. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service by Michael Davis the so called Branch Manager. Decided to install a round instead of straight plug on my car for some reason! No one uses round ones anymore. Basically said too bad, you can pay for another one to be installed. What the? How about consulting the customer next time? Your mistake, you should fix it. The par costs a couple of $ to buy but want $55 on top of the original cost to change it over! Attempts to ring General Manager fruitless. Will now have to pay to rectify the problem but will take somewhere else. Suggest you take your business elsewhere if this is how they treat their customers.**Tried to ring a couple of times since the response below. No answer to the first call and no returned call after second. The car was purchased through a dealership. The lack of response only reinforces how bad the customer service is!**

I had a heavy duty towbar fitted so happy with the job. I was going to go mobile fitted but that wasn't a pleasant experience ended up using Parkside couldn't be happier with the job and still affordable .Thank you!

Had a tow bar & towing mirrors fitted, an A1 job. Thank you, Chris, for your help knowledge & understanding of my situation requirements.

Had a bit of work done on my new Prado. They fitted a new ECB bull bar, ROLA roof racks, Parkside awning, Narva spotties and electrics done from front to back to power a Projecta Power Hub. Can't fault them at all and the knowledge from Matt and his team at Welshpool is second to none. They take pride in their work and any issues they will resolve. Some of the one star comments on here seem way off and unfair. I know I didnt feel ripped off as some has posted. One happy camper here and have recommended to all family and friends.

Ordered a part online and was scheduled for delivery the next day which was fine but were dropped off that afternoon. Love that level of service.Thanks Guys, Challenge Marine.

The ex-Jeep dealership I bought my new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Trackhawk from decided to take my car to Parkside to have a tow bar fitted even though I agreed and paid for an original tow bar (just to be clear, I never agreed to have a non-genuine tow bar fitted to my brand new car - this was done by the dealership).Parkside fitted part number UC445Y to my car even though their website explicitly states the tow bar is not designed for a SRT. Needless to say that extensive damage was done to my car when they fitted their tow bar where it wasn't designed for it. I am extremely disappointed that Parkside didn't point this fact out to however decided to have this tow bar fitted to my car.

They had a great range of towing parts and the staff knew what they were talking about (and were friendly). The prices were better than other similar businesses.
