I hope the staff girl from Customer Service station really understands that by being mean and aggressive and rude doesn’t really make you strong and powerful but only makes you weak and I’m sorry for you. I genuinely wish you could somehow enjoy your work.Not the first time I saw this young lady being rude to customers. It needs to be changed and improved.

Purchased a new dryer for Click and collect. Quick and easy transaction and the guys in the C&C were very helpful and put the dryer in the car for me without an issue.

There is a elderly Indian sales, he is short boldly, but very rude. I just asking about discount, he asked why u want discount? Because I need delivery, and don’t need to remove the old one, so I asked is any more discount ? Then he told me he wouldn’t serve me and walked away, never met this kind of unstable mood sales.

Not related to products but the service me and my partner had been given by Scott was above and beyond! He listened to what we were after, had expert opinions, respected our end choices and even price matched if items were unavailable. Would definitely recommend to ask for him for service.

I always avoid writing a negative reviews. But unfortunately I'm really unsatisfied with the way this store manages customers and just focus on their own profits and takes no responsibilities on customer satisfaction.I've purchased many household items from the MacGregor store as they are local to me and I'd like to support the local businesses. Unfortunately I do not see any mutual view. Today they chased me up with their camera in their hands to film and photograph how I load the items I purchased in my car. Just this week I spent nearly $6k in this store and I feel really disrespected from the staff and supervisor at their dispatch.I recommend you to go somewhere that they appreciate your business rather than an arrogant store wherw customer satisfaction and loyalty means nothing to them.

If the item you want to buy is sold out at this shop and the staff tell you they can get you a transfer, turn your head and leave. If you ask me why, it's because I waited three months for my frying pan. What I couldn't understand was that the frying pan was clearly available at other The Good Guys in Brisbane, but they couldn't transfer it to me and had to wait for the supplier. I guess they are doing it for the performance of each store? But whatever if, don't believe what they say, just go to another shop or shop online, you will have a much better shopping experience that way.

Our experience in the store was amazing. Christina served us and was able to tell us every detail on the multiple products that we were after. Also got some good discounts and rewards. Thank you.

It’s not recommended to buy Gift Card from Good Guys. They are not completely happy to match price and if they do match they are not accepting their own gift card as payment. Store manager argued why office workers sell things cheap instead of asking other stores?She was rude with us

This is my personal experience.updated on 9/4/2023:The Good Guys Macgregor got in contact with me and offered options to resolve the issue. I didn't go with their offers because the dishwasher company offered something far superior, but I can tell The Good Guys tried their best to help this time.the following review is updated as above :I tried to get to their customer service line for assistance for this particular branch, but was put on hold for what felt like an eternity, only to be passed around from one representative to another with no resolution.I had to resolve this with a private electrician so the dishwasher I purchased from them won't electrocute anymore.very dissappointed.

Disgustingly poor customer service,I handed in my laptop a month ago with a 3-year gold replacement warranty. After one month of waiting, they did not fix anything and are saying that I need to replace the laptops battery which they can’t do in store for me. So, they wasted one month without any follow up notices and now I must pay someone else to clean up their mess. The customer service was so poor the 2 ladies at the front desk did not even know the answers to any questions, seems like they didn’t want to do their job and belong at the store. Greatly disappointed, won’t be visiting again, would not recommend.
