Went there because of the good reviews here on google maps and have to say I'm very disappointed.Doesn't seem like they want to make any money unless you got a modern scooter.Refused to sell me jets for my carburetor because what I was going to do wouldn't work according to his opinion.Ended up buying a drive belt which didn't fit and returned the next day. Got my money back which is a plus but reluctantly and very unfriendly. Definitely my last visit there.

This was my first time servicing my Zip 2T outside the initial (large) dealership that sold me my scooter. Urban Scooters was FANTASTIC, from the customer service to the end result and recommendations. HIGHLY recommend this place, it is a small shop and I feel so much better that my money went here rather than to the bigger players who do a underwhelmingly average job... I will certainly be going back and recommending this place to others. Cheers Urban Scooters :)

Brought my exotic" bike in after having some interesting electrical problems. Jason was very thorough and gave me an honest assessment of my options. In the end I decided to send it back to the dealer (under warranty) and despite the time/labor that went assessing and testing the bike

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Fitted a top box to my Honda SH150i scooter. A job well done and great price so a very happy customer here. I'll be back...

I can't express how grateful I was. Jason's knowledge and caring factor was very evident in the way he guided me on what needed to be fixed on my Honda@. Excellent service and affordable, the price was less than I had imagined. Highly recommended.

Highly not recommended, this guy would struggle to get himself out of a shoe box. He is slow - does not communicate, like ever - works unconstitutional hours stipulated to his advertised business never answers the phone!!! - over promises under delivers. over commits, and just does not have the astute to be growing a busy city business. should be working from a shed in a minimally populated town in which his small town attitude to accountability could be accepted. you would be better reading whatever text book in repair yourself from back to front, upside down and you would still manage to get a finished product in a quicker, competent time than this guy could ever deliver.

The service done on my Kymco was very good, fast and cheaper than any other place I requested a quote. Jason is very honest and straightforward. I definitely recommend his services and the place.

Rang about getting scooter serviced. Young bloke on the phone started off polite. Soon as I mentioned my scooter brand (chinese). Immediately he became overly rude and impatient stating they don't touch those bikes at all, I accepted the fact, but tried to get a bit of advice from him and all I got was him trying to get me off the phone suggesting another mechanic, without taking anything I was asking into consideration. Yeah I get you don't service my type of moped, but to be that rude and disrespectful when I was just asking advice.I've never been spoken to as rude and talked over as much as I have on that call.I am very tempted to head down there and speak directly to management. It was beyond ok from a customer service aspect, let alone just being a nice human being.Pathetic.

Had my Kymco scooter serviced here and also had the rear wheel replaced. Urban scooters provided quality advice as well as a great price for the service. There were also the small touches done like giving my scooter a complete wipe down after the servicing which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
