When initially meeting with David we were very excited to work with D3 Designs - everything was very efficient and we had high hopes for our project. However it just went down hill from there. Communication has been terrible. We constantly had to ask if our emails have been received as we just got no response. We were given multiple excuses and after 8 months of not moving ahead we had enough. When wanting to cancel the project we were told by David that he would be in touch with us shortly to resolve.. well we are still waiting 3 weeks later for a response.. Very disappointed in the service we received!
