I purchased the distressed leather waxed jacket. The colour is a little lighter compared to photos, but it's a great quality jacket.Fantastic customer service (particularly from David). He was very helpful with my questions and arranged for the sleeves to be shortened. The jacket fits like a glove and is comfortable to wear.

Great service, great price, and great product. I have bought from here twice now and been very happy both times. This time, I wanted one of the listed jackets, but in another colour. It was all done perfectly and arrived on the other side of the world in just a few weeks. Definitely recommend these guys.

The quality of the Jacket was not good, the YKK zippers I don’t think were real as one had rust developing on it. The leather on the inside of the jacket could not of been leather as the coating was peeling off in small sections of it (match head size). The stitching was poor quality on the zippers. Not worth the $250 we paid. The good thing about the company was they gave us a full refund with out trouble, even though their returns policy of the website has many reasons why they won’t return. I would not buy from this company again for fear of getting very poor quality products and maybe not being so well treated on my return as their returns policy gives a lot of reasons why they won’t.

After quite a while of searching for a men's slim fit leather coat in local shops and markets, I came across this store online. In all honesty, I was avoiding online stores as I've had issues with them in the past with false advertising and on one occasion, a custom jacket that was nowhere near as ordered.The closest coat to my liking at a nearby store would have set me back around $700, according to the couple that ran the business. I figured I'd give Leather Jacket Shop a go, as they claimed they could stitch any jacket you like if you send in a photo and the required measurements. I was skeptical, but for $300 less...I thought I'd try.I sent in a photo of a style I liked along with my measurements that I got a professional to take just to be safe. The customer service team were in constant contact with me every step of the way, which was very reassuring. I eventually got a DHL tracking number SMS'd to me with an estimated arrival date of 12/07/2021 - this was about 2 weeks or so after placing the order. Custom orders come from Pakistan, but free worldwide shipping is offered. The package came in today (07/07/2021). Bear in mind that a DHL shipment like this in Australia would have been at least an extra $40 - $60.Here's the part of the review you're after: the quality is actually far better than I expected. I'm being completely honest by saying that this coat looks and feels more like $700 worth than the high quality" coat that I tried on locally. They stitched it exactly as I asked and it fits perfectly. I asked for a more durable coat with thicker leather

Purchased an item on 13/09/2022 at 9:53PM.Selected a leather jacket from the 24 Hour Shipping Option and till today no response or confirmation of shipping.Called the landline twice and not once a response.Sent a email asking and no response.Is this shop actually a SCAM?

Would rate 4.5, had a mix up with my order where the wrong jacket was sent out - however the owner was very accommodating and his customer service was great! Prompt, quick replies and clear communication. I was able to get the right jacket, as well as a better size for myself too. Would highly recommend this shop, and would buy in the future again! Just hope no more mishaps and less room for error :) but it worked out better for me anyway! Great quality jacket too btw, very comfortable!

It can be tricky to buy a leather jacket online - there are plenty of dodgy websites that look very slick. I had amazing customer service (thanks David!). Though the first jacket I bought didn't fit, David helped organise another one which did. He not only emailed me back promptly and helpfully but even called me up to discuss one issue I had. Awesome service and a great jacket!

I had an excellent experience with this company. I cannot fault them. When l contacted them they were extremely polite and courteous. I got my leather jacket in the time frame they quoted which was 2 weeks. It arrived and the quality was better than l anticipated... great fit, finish and quality. Well done guys. I am very happy with my purchase from this shop. Good quality leather, lining and stitching. Being a big chap I had to order a custom sized jacket. I had a hard time finding one my size. They sent me a guide of which measurements to take. Even thou I did them myself the jacket is a great fit. I highly recommend this shop.

I have just received my Nanga Parbat Brown A2 Flight Jacket. To say that I am impressed would be an understatement, I wanted to customize the jacket and my request was easily accommodated, over several emails we were able to determine the right size for me the result was a perfectly fitted jacket. The quality of the leather is exceptional. I have purchased leather jackets 'off the rack' before, and never had a jacket of the quality of this one.In today's cutthroat business market where customer service is not valued The Leather Jacket Shop goes against that trend.So if you are looking for a well made leather jacket where the customer service is excellent nothing is too much trouble for them, and the product is excellent, I would recommend that you cannot go past The Leather Jacket Shop.Excellent service, excellent product.
