Right from our first home visit with Jye we knew these were the guys we were going to choose. We were listened to right from the start. Our design was brought to life and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen! It’s amazing and we love it. Great quality products, our installation was a breeze and all our trades, friendly and professional. Communication from Brett was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. We had a new kitchen done by Jacaranda Kitchens in 2022, and then because we were so impressed got the vanities in the bathroom and toilet done by them as well.From start to finish the process was exemplary. I can highly recommend the company if I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Jye listened to us and produced fantastic designs, nothing was too much trouble, everything was spelled out cost wise and there were no hidden surprises throughout the process. Brett was amazing as the project manager for the build and installation, he went out of his way to make sure the timber island that was supplied by another company was a perfect fit. The communication too was outstanding at every step. Travis was awesome with the installation, attention to detail and making sure it was all perfect and gave great aftercare advice.The stone benchtops by the A Team again perfect. We are so happy with the overall end product and the quality of the cabinets and the build. We have an amazing kitchen that has wow factor, adds value to our home and was reasonable in cost. These guys have truly embraced the customer experience and are truly a delight to work with. I think one of the key points with Jacaranda kitchens is the drive for customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond from every member of the team to get the perfect result. We would use Jacaranda and the team again in a heart beat.

We love our new kitchen. It was a great experience from the start with Jye during the design process and then the construction that Brett conducted was excellent as well. It did take a little longer than expected, but during Covid everything seems to take longer for whatever reason. I would highly recommend these guys for your next fully customised kitchen. We are delighted with our new kitchen.The design consultant worked patiently with us to arrive at the perfect design for our space, the project manager clearly outlined the timetable for construction (and told us who the tradesmen would be in advance) and then supervised the work as it proceeded, and each of the tradesmen were experienced, professional and friendly.Any issues which arose during the construction period (and there were only a couple) were quickly and efficiently rectified.Of course quality comes at a cost - so don't use Jacaranda if you are looking for cheap and nasty, but do use them if you want a top quality job at a fair price.They come with our recommendation.

I recently had designed, built and installed a beautiful new kitchen and getting what I wanted was a priority and the cost a secondary consideration. The removal of the old kitchen, coordination and reliability were exemplary. Brett and his team were friendly and highly professional and respectful as they came and went. My kitchen is perfect, it has met all my expectations, great quality cabinetry, tiler Jesse, electrician Grant and plumber Simon coordinated well and demonstrated quality workmanship. Brett is a very good communicator and my experience was fabulous.
