Fantastic family run dental practice. They listen well to their patients, instead of other places which just want $$$ by extracting teeth. Also their water system is heated..which isnt found in majority of practices.

Dr Owen is easily the most charismatic and pleasant dentist in WA if not all of Oz, he is thorough, professional and the experience is always seamless. I will recommend Loks dental to anyone who needs surgery or just a general check up.

Never be there!!! On February 10th, I visited this dental clinic to inquire about the cost of teeth cleaning. I handed over my HBF insurance card to the front desk and wanted to know how much I would need to pay after the insurance coverage. However, due to the long wait time, I eventually gave up and left without receiving any services. To my surprise, the clinic secretly submitted two claims to my insurance company without providing any service. If I hadn't updated my account information, I would never have known about this. I later sent an email to the clinic demanding that they admit their mistake and refund the money to HBF, but they have not responded until now. Therefore, I believe they did it intentionally and would advise others not to go to this clinic to avoid being scammed.Reply:I just thought it was funny, so I'll update it as a reply. First of all, I am Walk in to ask for a price, isn't it too normal to not have an appointment record? The insurance company's claim record clearly has your clinic's name and my name on it, is that something anyone can get? I deleted my name from Google comments, but it's in the email, which means you didn't take my complaint email seriously and refused to even take a close look at it.

Fantastic service. Did a teeth cleaning there, and they were kindly explained the whole process and did it thoroughly. Love it.

I've been coming to this Practice for years and I don't think I can find any other staff who are just as welcoming and accommodating to the needs of their patients. They're also compassionate and honest. I cannot ask for a better Dental Practice! Thankfully, they're not too far from me either! Thank you for everything, Dr Vanessa!

Just went to have extraction as an emergency treatment and was disgusted. I asked how much and they asked how much you got. I felt like I was at a bankock market. Hurry hurry the old woman said. $300 for extraction and $60 x-ray. I walked out as her attitude did not make me feel comfortable.

I have been coming to Lok Dental Family Practice for years. Great team! Super friendly, warm and welcoming. Dr Vincent is excellent! My go to dental place that’s for sure!

My wife attended Lok Dental for a root canal around 2016. Expensive. Had ongoing problems since, not happy, Vincent stressed at the time and seems to try and fit in too many patients and then hurries it. My wife had ongoing problems afterwards and recently had to go to another dentist who found the tip of a metal dental instrument had broken off and had remained embedded in the gum! Not happy.
