The staff are really good at making me feel welcome and are really accommodating to my never ending questions, inane ramblings and constant indecision on buying products everytime I go there.They also never question my 2am sleep deprived purchases and am also grateful for that.Definitely will find an excuse to come in person when I can because the instore customer service is an amazing experience.

Partner ordered cards for mtg. Arrived quickly, packaged perfectly, resulting in no damage. Shout out to Aydan for the added flavour on the invoice, nice personal touch. Definitely recommend highly. Definitely going to be a return customer

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: This store took an order for MTG product back in june and when I ask about my order they claim they cannot sell the product to me because its overseas. If this was an issue several months ago they should have let me know. They are being shady because the product is worth more then i preordered it for.

I have been using this store to send me MTG products (mainly singles but some sealed) to South Australia 35 plus times now. They have always arrived well packed and correct, with a little note in the corner of the invoice from the packer a nice touch. I can only remember 2 minor issues with card availability but was resolved with a phone call. Great selection of gaming stock with a functional web site making it easy to find what I need. Keep up the good work

Nice store, good stock, customer service could be better

Staff more than happy to have long conversations with other customers as I wait. I'm okay with that. I'm not in too much of a rush and I understand work isn't just about selling a product. Getting to know your customers and building relationships is important. I only wish I was given the same respect, as when I'm picking up and paying for an order, I'm very much rushed so they can help someone else. I just wanted a single card to add before paying for my pick-up. I got a flat and rude 'no'. I actually laughed because I thought it was a joke. They said 'I'm not joking, no. I have to serve this other customer'. I see. Good luck to you and your business. I'll be going elsewhere.

My go to shop in Sydney for Magic the gathering singles. They have everything, literally everything! Ive been shopping here for years. The online store however needs a little updating. Friendliest game service in parramatta. Love it

I ordered a couple of singles from the store only yesterday and today they arrived and were in perfect condition! The website is very user friendly and the team is prompt with their service! They also included a little extra for me because I had mentioned I am a starting player just beginning to build/mod my first deck, thanks games cube!
