Clean room and comfortable bed . It is very old now and has since changed management and name since coming here before thinking it would have breakfast, however; it is now not the case and the little things like not having no soap in the bathroom sink so, having to go into the shower to wash hands is the option here as it's in a wall pump pack. A quick wipe down on the fridge after each customer would be good too as it had grubby fingerprints everywhere.Ok for a 1 night stay. Nice view out over the hills.

I've stayed at the Snow Season every time I'm in Cooma for work. The hotel owner has been always been kind and accommodating, which I appreciate.An added bonus is the fresh towels provided each day!!I've referred all my friends from Syd to stay at the Snow Season when they come to visit!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was considering the great price. The staff are all very friendly and I had a great stay. The location is excellent and it was conveniently located to the shops in Cooma. The food they served was also good, and the rooms were super comfortable - the photos online don't do it justice in person. I haven't stayed at such a motel before - usually most places are disorganised and dirty, but the Snow Season Motor Inn was very well-run, clean, and an overall pleasant stay. Should I ever go to ski, this is definitely the place I will choose to stay.

The rooms are small. The price is expensive. Hot water is difficult to control and the spa didn't work. Only get a microwave and small fridge. The microwave didn't even work. Very basic place. Beds are very uncomfortable. But it's alright of a place. Sheets and beds were cleaned. Rooms get checked by cleaners every day.

Good supply of towels and soaps. Everything was very clean when I got there. Did not have any bowls or large plates. No dish washing liquid or sponge. The wifi was the worst I have ever TRIED to use.

Looks pretty grubby inside the room, especially for the price. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. Would be better if cutlery and crockery were provided.

We reserved 3 rooms. Apparently those three rooms had three different issues. First room no microwave, second room very dirty carpet floor, third room no chairs for table.. One of the the room no suger. Bar fridge was empty. Good to have basic stuff and charge if visitors use those. Unless two people staying in one room, rooms can be jam packed..

Unlike other 3 star hotel, this one is clean and comfy. They also provide room service.. change the towel everyday. I think they have renovated the hotel. everything is quite new.

Absolutely do not book this place!We mistakenly did and our car broke down the day before as we were on our way to Cooma. The break down resulted in the vehicle having to be towed by NRMA and unexpected and expensive overnight stay in a small country town while mechanics had to order parts to fix the car.We communicated the issue to the motel, offered to provide the NRMA tow and mechanic report to show it was legitimate; however they were uninterested and would not refund our money and we lost hundreds through no fault of our own.Do not stay here or if you do, do NOT pay a cent until you arrive as they will not refund for unforeseen emergency situations!!
