Nice clean store. Usually have to give your details and come back when they message you, so go there first then go off and do other stuff till you're messaged. Helpful and friendly staff

Went in there requesting credit or refund to suspend my data plan. I was assured it was done only to find the next day upon checking my app they suspended it in a month's time. So I was paying for a month I didn't want. Pure deceit in store for zero help. I had to waste further time to call Telstra who fixed the problem and refunded me as requested

I purchased a tablet and Samsung mobile phone today outright. I get home excited to charge my mobile to find I have no wall plug in mount to charge the mobile at all. I am so very frustrated with my purchase. Why didn't the staff member cross this off with us! Plus her service wasn't great either as I had to check numerous things and get them corrected due to her lack of skill and knowledge. So how am I going to charge my phone?

Went to buy an Apple IPhone 14 Pro Max outright I have been a Telstra customer for approximately 15 years.Gave my ID and they had all my info up on screen.They called me on my number so they know it’s the correct one but confirmed it anyway.They wanted to confirm my email address but there was a glitch in their system so it wouldn’t send me an email. Showed them my emails with my Telstra bill on there but no they still couldn’t do it so I couldn’t buy the phone! They offered to hold one for me until their system was sorted.Told them not to worry about it as I had already waited around for an hour for the appointment and I can’t just keep going back and forth. All I wanted to do was buy a bloody phone outright. I have always been happy with the Telstra service but the last two or three years I have had nothing but trouble every time I go into their stores. Particularly the Rockingham store. So much so that I am looking at changing my provider and porting my number. I spend quite a bit every month on their services but I still can’t buy a phone outright

Took my new Broken Galaxy Z Flip 4 to store, they checked it out, took it from me, said I would get a new phone sent to me, as I live in Qld, nothing, tried calling store 4 times, left messages, no response, spent almost 6hrs today on Telsta app & on phone to them, spoke to about ten different people, RESULT, nothing, off to the Telecommunications Ombudsman for me AGAIN...... Gota love the awesome customer service

Friendly staff. Clean premises and comfortable layout

After waiting half an hour for the appointment, I found there are no actual actual technicians on site, even though that was what I requested, then the team member that tried to help me had no idea of what was wrong. Total waste of time.
