Have stayed at Holly's AirBnB on a couple of occasions @ Elwood and strongly recommend. Nice area. Will stay again when visiting Melbourne. Excellent value. Her place is well equipped, like a home away from home. Elwood has a few decent eateries and ut isn't far from St.Kilda (can walk in 15 minutes). Obviously close to the beach and bay. Has two other properties on offer (beachside & Chadwood) that may be even better. Tariff ranges from $80 to $160 per night.

Holly is a great host, super friendly, very open-minded, and interesting person who traveled the world quite a lot.The house is really pretty with a beautiful ground floor terrace. The bed is probably the most comfortable I had in the last months, too, by the way.Totally recommend if you're staying a few days in town.

Holly was an excellent host who went out of her way to ensure my needs were met. The apartment is as cute as a button, comfortable, clean and cozy and in an excellent location. I would definitely stay again.

Holly has warmly welcomed me with open arms. She has been one of the sweetest, positive and energetic host ever. Always up for a chat and a laugh and that share a little bit of her life. I have had such a wonderful local stay here, while waiting for my apartment's furniture to arrive. I highly recommend Holly's place!

Holly and her house were Awesome!The best place to stay in Melbourne for sure... Holly is very nice, helpful and easygoing! She makes you feel at home and welcome from the very first moment.. she provides breakfast, laundry and she also gave us some good tips about the City! The room was just perfect, clean and warm. Highly recommended! Thank you so much and see you next time!

Nice and comfy house with beds to relax. We enjoyed it a lot. Very friendly host waited for us while we were late. No worries at all. Perfect stay. We recommend. Breakfast was continental with fresh fruits. Great Thanks Holly!

What a beautiful place! Every thing is so clean, and the bed is so comfortable. I had my own private entrance and private room. The location is fantastic. Close to St Kilda, Elwood Village both locations have amazing restaurants and cafes. And the beach is 5 minutes away. The area is peaceful and quiet. Holly is an amazing host. She's happy to interact but equally respected my privacy. I would not hesitate in recommending this place. Thank you Holly. I will come again for sure.

Staying at Hollys house was such a great time! Everything was nice and clean and we had everything we need there.From the inside the house looks pretty good and the little outside area with the sofas is so chill!The house is like 4 min away from the beach and a lot of places to eat and shops are right around the corner.Staying with Holly was like a family experience!You won’t believe how nice of a person she is until you met her.Definitely one of the kindest and most helpful persons I have ever met in my life!I can just recommend you guys to visit her and have a nice time with her!
