This is not my first time ordering marketing collateral to be designed and printed by Printyo and i can not recommend them enough. On the phone and over email, just really reliable and very efficient. They make you feel like you're their only customer - in a good way - and I surely know I am not. The team at Printyo - Priya, Suny and the designers made sure my time-sensitive and important documents reached on-time, high quality and well-packed. Place your orders through them - don't think twice!

Poor quality socks - thin and threading is bad. The order was stuffed up twice and whilst they offered to reprint, the low quality socks didn't make it worth a third trip to pick up. The guy who does them seems nice but the reception lady could improve on customer service.Do yourself a favour and order custom socks for a few dollars more elsewhere.

I must congratulate Printyo for the quality of its staff. I had cause to ask some questions about the design I wanted for my small order of office coffee mugs. I dealt with a lady called Priya. Her customer focus was second to none. A very pleasant lady to deal with and was able to steer me in the right direction with my queries.

Baval was really helpful and responsive as we needed to get some stickers printed urgently. It was a tricky job, but Baval was communicative all the way and we made it in time. Thanks so much to him and his team for helping us out!

Super fast reply from Printyo with a mock up of what the product I designed may look like and asked if I was okay to proceed which ofcourse I was! Really impressed with their service and how easy it was to put together!!

*************** GOLD STARS FOR PRINTYO ***************I was blown away with my experience with the Printyo team. I had an enamel mug I needed to be printed ASAP but it was the Wednesday before Easter and everywhere else said it'd be 10 business days dispatch (aka 16 days later at Easter time!!) .. That wasnt going to work for me.. Thank god I found Printyo.. They were the only place that was able to process and post the order by the next day (day before Good Friday) and with express post I got it by next Tuesday (day after Easter Monday)! Express post was only $2 extra!!!!I mean that was an epic effort! The enamel mug AND printing were AMAZING quality.. as was the customer service I received from their LIVE CHAT dept! They were all super stars!!I wasn't sure if it was all going to go to plan, but I was desperate.. and it all went exactly according to plan.. Seamlessly!Thanks Printyo!!
