Don't bother wasting your time going here because they will tell you to do it online. If you want to talk to someone, just stay home and call Centrelink - but make sure you call at 8am sharp, or else you'll be on hold for ages!

The lady who assisted me was extremely unhelpful,disrespectful and lazy. I waited for 1 hour and 30min with my newborn baby just to get very minimal response. I was also told that I need to wait for 6months to get parental leave pay. You should be ashamed of yourselves! As a taxpayer it's not fair to be treated this way.

Tony the guy walking around assuming he is the manager/team leader is the rudest person ever 0/10 for customer service and it's probably because he has no idea what he is doing. Did not even want to help just refers people to online which he looks at himself in the mirror

Despite Google's claim, Medicare Rockdale is NOT HERE. Centrelink only.Perhaps after the Medicare office was closed down in Rockdale there were plans to integrate?So beware folks, when Googling medicare near me".Staffer who explained was very personable and apologetic

Poor customer service, rude staff, aggressive for not standing in the right position and for just taking out documents from my backpack, it feels like we were enemies that never met. Not a good first impression unfortunately. Disrespectful, hopefully it will be better next time.

I see the experience people have had with Services Australia and all the reviews that have come as a result of that. My experience at this place was very pleasant. I found the staff polite and courteous. They were prompt and efficient. All in all, my mission was achieved inside 10 minutes including the wait time. I really couldn't fault these guys but maybe I got them on a good day. Suffice to say this, Services Australia Rockdale is able to score a 5 star Google review on a good day. And perhaps that good day also has lot to do with how you deal with them from the start.

One of the lady who is an indian had very poor attitude towards the customers. She was rude, not polite at all. She need to be trained properly how to be polite and humble to the customers.

Terrible service, rude and very condescending staff. I get they deal with bad people but they should not assume. More in these covid days. Be a bit more human please.
