The customer service at Skoda Richmond is so pleasant and helpful, it's a pleasure to have my Yeti serviced there. I was met by Breanna, who is friendly and very thorough when explaining my servicing needs, now and for further down the track. I had also dealt with Quinton over the phone, who was equally helpful and very professional. I had a free car wash too, wonderful!

When other dealerships were advising 12 months + wait on vehicles, Jordan was able to advise of every vehicle available nationwide and source a brand new vehicle in 4 months during challenging times. Love the car and was a pleasure doing business with them

On three occasions I’ve spent in excess of 20-30 mins on hold, awaiting Service to pickup. They didn’t and I gave up. The website booking is inflexible, I’d booked a loan car but they wouldn’t allow us to take it because they wouldn’t accept a phone image of a license, over a plastic version when I wasn’t advised to have one with me. They didn’t apologise, and offered no alternative. Really enjoy my Octavia - but not buying this brand again due to my experience with their “service”.

I recently purchased a Skoda kodiaq from Rhys at Richmond Skoda. I love the car! Drives so much like my VW Golf but bigger. Still fast and zippy but with better styling than the newer VWs. Amazing sunroof. Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do. Rhys was excellent to deal with. He kept me informed and was very professional, prompt and friendly. Would definitely buy another car from Rhys at Richmond Skoda.

A terrible experience bought Skoda Kodiak two years ago. Love the car but the dealership was woeful. Told me car was here paid them and then they said 4 weeks. Turned up to collect they were about to send me out with no number plates! Had paint protection done but scratched the car trying to remove sap. I doubt they actually did it. Have left messages with service dept never return calls. I service at Waverley Skoda they are great never going back to Richmond! I had better service with a second hand dealer and car a third of the price.

Great dealership. Rhys was fantastic, second time I've purchased a car from him and the customer service was impressive. They sourced the car I wanted quickly, in a market where most people are waiting months for delivery. The delivery process was easy and simple, and the features of the car where thoroughly explained before I drove off. And a full tank of fuel was a nice touch!
