A huge thank you to Dianne and the team at Conquest Pools. They have provided an outstanding service and we are very happy with the customer service provided by Dianne. From day one, Conquest Pools have provided honest and straight forward information about their pools and products, recommending a pool to suit our needs and our budget. They did not try to on sell products we wouldn't need just to make an extra $ - which was our experience with Melbourne pool dealers! They have committed to providing a product and service and have followed through - far exceeding our expectations. Dianne was wonderful, taking calls and providing additional information in a very prompt and professional manner - nothing was ever too much trouble, despite my numerous emails and calls! I would highly recommend dealing with Conquest Pools. Our pool is in, the kids are swimming every day and we love it - the best investment we have made! Well done Conquest Pools!!!!

Friendly staff, clean premises and easy access.

I would recommend reviewing what is installed VS what is quoted, in my case these are not the same and I have been unable to get a written response from the Mornington Peninsula agent to explain this after many attempts.

Wow, we now have a beautiful pool installed that was everything we had hoped for ...and more... Dimity, Peter, Sam and your whole operations team have made this big decision a great one. We were always confident from the get go as Dimity walked us through all our options and it was obvious that we were in the hands of a very professional outfit. Thank you Conquest Shepparton you guys are the real deal.

Very good service from Peter. He really knows his stuff. Equipment pricing is very reasonable and often less that RRP. Well done guys. I bought my pool here 7 years ago, no regrets at all. Every day it looks great and makes me glad I didn't buy elsewhere.

Poor professionalism and customer service. We were expected to get an install quote over the phone. We were not given any options, and expected to know specific details, rather than being offered options. Then the sales lady got so much attitude when we requested what we wanted. Get a better sales person who can actually generate you business.

Conquest Pools have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Right from the beginning Wayne the installer and his staff in particular Matt were just super efficient and professional to deal with. Nothing was a hassle, the Pool was scheduled to commence by a given date and they commenced the installation process right on time and continued without fail until the pool was completed. We're absolutely thrilled with our new back yard centrepiece! Peter from head office was also fantastic who went out of his way to fix a small issue we had which he corrected in no time on site! We would like to thank Dianne, Peter & the team from Conquest Pools for our Franklin Pool. We live in Adelaide & wanted an 11 metre pool. Conquest Pools was recommended and we are so pleased with the service we received from Dianne at Conquest. Dianne was so friendly and answered all our questions about the pool. Nothing was too much trouble. She Express Posted samples of the pool colours to us and rearranged the delivery time so that we would have our pool ready for Christmas. Darren delivered our pool on a Saturday from Shepparton!! and was so friendly and very experienced which was great as we had difficult access to our property. Our pool is just as we ordered and we are very happy. Unlike some suppliers, Conquest do exactly as they say, and they do it very well. Not even worth one star. Customer service is pathetic & non existent. These people only want to know you when they see the $$ in your hand. Afterwards...forget it. Do yourself a favour & stay away from Conquest in shepparton!!

They had repair kits for solar blankets and filter socks and the service was very friendly and helpfull.
