I was holidaying in Esperance and couldn't open Adobe Premiere due to a couple of corrupt files. Dropped the laptop off and it was fixed within two hours. Great service by Alex and only cost $25. Highly recommend.

A good range of products instore for a smaller store with friendly and knowledgable staff. I often find something useful or interesting. Access to jaycars massive range of electronics is handy.

Dick’s Electronics helped me recover some video footage from a sd card that had water damage which I thought was destroyed. They quickly managed to recover the videos and copied them onto a new memory card for me. Massive thanks for the friendly and fast service, highly recommended.

Just bought a laptop charger wich wasn’t working properly, I bring it back with my laptop to check that was actually the cherger and the guy at the counter checked without explaining that i would be charged for that. After he checked on google told me that was my laptop the problem. Went in another store bought another charger and worked perfectly. At the end just got charged for nothing

Find staff a bit arrogant and try to unsell to most expensive item. Also was given bad advice/told my chrome cast would work on any WiFi network,like hotspot rather than...you need a broadband connection for this to work. Not exactly clear and not everyone has broadband.
