Avoid!! Appalling service! I took three dresses in to be altered and was told to come back in a week. Got there a week later only to be told she hadn’t done them. A phone call to save me a trip would’ve been nice. Was told another week. Called a few times only to be told they weren’t done each time. Finally got a call A MONTH later to say they’re ready for pick up. When I got them home, I noticed she’d put elastic in the waist of one of the dresses - three identical dresses but for some weird reason she decided one of them needed elastic?? I called back and she insisted I had requested it. Kept calling me “love” like some passive aggressive bogan and never once apologised or showed any remorse for making my whole experience stressful and upsetting. The stitching on one of the dresses is showing from the outside too so I’m really questioning the quality. I hope it doesn’t come undone.

We send all of our dry cleaning to Blue Line Dry Cleaners. Wayne and the team are always so lovely. Special shout-out to Wayne for cleaning our curtains and making them white again. That was not an easy job! Much appreciated!!!! Highly recommend these guys! Leah & Aron

First time I have used these guys - needed a suit dry cleaned quickly for a business trip. Even though they were super busy they did it within 24 hours. Top job and superb service, thank you so much.

Needed some clothes done in 24 hours. Communication around timing was clear, and clothes were clean and ready at the stated time.

My wife had a trip in a carpark which.left a nice black mark across her pink jacket. I went to three dry cleaners all quoting $90 and ten days to dry clean my mattress topper. I was trying to get it done for house sitters arriving in a couple of days.Blue line managed to do it within a day and only for $50. Also it came up amazing. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I had a very appalling experience with these guys. Phoned up regarding pricing, then when I came in to drop off my suit and etc, they upped the price instead of charge what was discussed on the phone. Not friendly. Quality of cleaning was not to my satisfaction either. Have not returned back since. Definitely, saving approximately 30% more of my funds and by going else where. Have not looked back since.

Wayne was professional, responsive and personally attended to us. My partner's wedding dress came back boxed up nicely and clean. Highly recommend the customer service!

Price list is reasonable but the quality of finish is also mediocre. That’s ok for every day clothes.One star because the lady at the cashier is one of those annoying ones that chat with customers endlessly when there’s another customer waiting in line.
