Very helpful customer service team, managed to resolve my problems and would guarantee customer satisfaction. Difficult to find businesses like that anymore. But unfortunately not the product for me and my pup.

I recently switched my dog to this brand and it was the best decision i have ever made. She is normally picky yet never refuses this food and has been the healthiest she has ever been. I love how this company is helping to clean up the environment and be carbon neutral as well as all natural. Never buying another brand again, this is all my dog needs! We also got some free goodies in our first ordef which was super special! The cost of the food is worth every cent.

Switching our dog to Eureka a few months ago has been the best decision we have made as it is everything good that we could give our dog. Love Eureka for my dogs - and my dogs love Eureka (over 6 months now and they're still enjoying it). They have it as part of their meals and as training treats. Best thing is - the team behind Eureka are friendly and helpful. It may be a bit of a confusing subscription model for newbies - but - it's more flexible than it first looks. It's worth reaching out to the team with any questions and requests.

Great dog food. My dog loves it! Similar to Ziwi Peak but less expensive and locally made. Would highly recommend giving it a go. As far as I can tell it's one of the healthiest in Australia.
