OK, I admit that Jacy is my wife BUT... but she has been consistently efficient and thorough with all of our own travel arrangements - which most times has been very complicated with stopovers, car hires, accommodation and family-friendly options...I can honestly say that it would be so much more painful if I didn't have her coordinating all aspects of our travel - from before we travel (visas, vaccinations, passports, tourist info) to our return (refund on GST for overseas locations, insurance claims, etc.)...and... she really does care!

I have just returned from a trip to London and Dubai which Jacy went above and beyond helping me organise.Not only does she have a wealth of travel knowledge but is always willing and able to go the extra mile to accomodate my travel requests at very competitive rates. Jacy organised a trip to Alaska for my son and I for his schoolies request. Her choice of accommodation and suggestions for activities were stellar! I was not familiar with the state at all and had an amazing time. Jacy is efficient and very professional, I definitely recommend and I'm in Central Queensland.

Jacy Richards has arranged my flights to East Africa, and insurance, on 7 occasions. Each time, she has shown genuine interest in my travel adventure. She has investigated options to allow me to choose 'best fit' for my purposes. Jacy provides personal service and good advice for safe travel. Recommended.
