Back on Track Fitness
I completed the BOT 10 in 8 challenge. With the fantastic support and guidence from the trainers I dropped just shy of 12kg. Great vibe in the studio and classes were super fun. Thanks BOT team!!!

Back on Track Fitness
This has been my 2nd home for the past 2 and a half years. Welcoming, knowledgeable, warm and family orientated..Trainers take their time to get to know each and every one of their members, atmosphere is awesome with the music playing in the background and the follow up messages to get us back in if we miss a session is hugely encouraging! But my favorite aspect is that as a member you are assigned a trainer who you train with in a group and who you can always talk to about anything (e.g. nutrition, technique). Definitely recommend Back on Track to those who are struggling to reach their goals or just looking to try something new. You won't regret it!!

As soon as you walk in Back on Track you feel the difference. Everyone really cares about you, and not only about losing weight but about your whole well being. Def recommend back on track!

Great place to lose weight and gain not only fitness but also great friends. This fitness studio was instrumental in my near 30kg weight loss, I could not have done that without their help, guidance and encouragement.

A community focused fitness centre that really cares about its members. The assistance provided and general atmosphere of the place certainly makes me a lot more committed than just hitting the gym by myself. Highly recommended!

Had 3 years of great experiences here with the BOTF community before I had to move interstate.Highly recommend them to those who want to get active, learn how to change your lifestyle for the better and regain confidence.Seen so many success stories here, experienced great results and had great experiences with each of the trainers and overall community.No shame just gains from this training studio which wants to help you get to the best you can be!

Back on Track Fitness
I just completed the BOT 8 week challenge and lost a whopping 15kg.From the moment I step into the gym I was welcomed and felt part of the community.The staff are lovely, always willing to help and always have time for questions.The members are friendly, make you feel part of the 'pack' and always make you strive to push your hardest.I've been to a few gyms in my time but this would have to be by far the friendliest and cleanest gym I have set foot into. Plus the classes are alot of fun and always challenging.

Back on Track Fitness
I started training at Back on Track fitness and would highly recommend as the place to go if you're looking for results. When I stated March 2018 I was looking to loose weight but had concerns as I had a serious injury a few months earlier. After talking to the trainers I was able modify some of the exercises participate in the workouts and still get results I've lost 13kg so far and couldn't be happier.

This place is fantastic! When I joined I was seeking something that was different to your generic gyms or your large group training chains. The group training sessions (sessions available early morning and later into the evening) is made up of small groups of 5-8 which enables you to work at your pace, still be motivated by the people around you but also allows you to ask questions as you go and gain 1/1 assistance from the coaches. Special mention to Josh, fantastic trainer! He wont just run you through the reps, but guide you along the way, push you to keep going and help you out if your technique isnt quite correct, which is what you want!! Members are all levels of fitness, and everyone attending is there for the right reasons (no muscle heads or gym selfies in sight!).Highly recommend if you're after a place that keeps you coming back, makes you WANT to work out, and leaves you feeling like you've not only achieved something when you leave but that you're also getting stronger at whatever pace and level suits you and your body. A++++++

Back on Track Fitness
It's been two years since I've joined the gym. It is such a vibrant and lovely community that we have at the gym. I'm not a gym kinda person but here I feel so good working out and most of the times when you look at the team members and coaches who constantly motivate you to do better and keep pushing you to do your best..that feeling to never give up automatically kicks.
