Salvos Stores Kangaroo Flat

I bought a vanity with three mirrors, and when my partner picked it up and bought it home, a mirror was missing. I called the store asking about it, and I was lied to and gaslighted. The woman on the phone was snappy, lied to me repeatedly and made me feel like I'm going crazy. I wouldn't have bought it if it didn't have all three mirrors, and I remember seeing the three of them. I want what I paid for

Well laid out but starting to get a little expensive. Put a few things back as a bit shocked at the price. I know its there to make money for charity but eventually people who need those low prices will no longer beable to afford things. Dont buy as much as I used to.

Taped up item was missing the disc inside. Took it back within 1 hour. They did not offer money back but exchange. When I said I was was not interested in anything else and had already looked they stood there silent and shrugged as if no idea what to do. Due to no offer of refund I said take it as a donation but I will not go back again. How can they not offer refund on an item not provided.

I LOVE SALVOS.....I love browsing around through their Trinkets, Crockery, Clothing, Shoes,Handbags Books....You name it !!! And the The CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS AND CHEER IN THE STORE ...MUSIC ...Before You know it I'm Singing Christmas Carols as I'm Browsing and the STAFF ABSOLUTELY LOVELY SO INTUNE WITH TODAY'S ECONOMIC HARDSHIPS BUT SO MUCHPOSITIVE APPROACH AND IMPACT TOWARDS LIVING THAT ....EVERYONE IS BLESSED WITH ALL.........IT IS TRULY A.....I LOVE SALVOS STORE .

Such a fantastic store with such wonderful volunteers, I honestly can't recall a time in which I have felt so welcome inside any second hand store here in Bendigo.I highly recommend you give this store a visit at least once in your life time..

Good for browsing & I sometimes get a bargain. The volunteers are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'll always call in when passing.

What a lovely store to visit. Volunteers are always pleasant and smiling. Absolutely love the book section and vintage photo wall of rescued discarded (donated) family treasures ❤️ reasonable pricing.

Even though the store itself is small, it has aot of stuff and laid out very well so you can find whatever you're looking for easily. It's got lots of books—every time I go it has more, so best to check back every few weeks—kitchenware, clothes, toys and more. They have a lot of regular sized clothes and not much plus sized clothes for men unfortunately, however, I'm pretty sure they have an area for plus size women. I go there mostly for the books though. Staff are friendly and attentive and I've donated there before. Definitely give it a go if you're considering. The photos above are not the store; the store is across from Lansell Plaza's car park and next to the butcher and bakery.

Always a great place to get a bargain and it's great to know where the cash is going. I call it recycling as most of my purchase eventually ends up back there. Tx Salvos.
