All fine for the first two years during warranty period. Into my third year and I have had three separate components break. I replaced the first two out of pocket costing around $100. Once my third component broke I contacted aftersales to see if they could offer me at least a discount on the part I needed. They instead offered me a measly discount on a new chair. Was pretty disappointed as I had previously recommended these guys. A small amount of good will wood have guaranteed my business in future. Shame.

Payed ZQ a visit after many hours of online research/review watching. Great variety for every ones personal needs.. myself being of the larger size I've gone for the Alien xl chair.. super comfortable and the build quality is actually over engineered.Extremely happy with the customer service from Julie specifically but also to their whole team. Bought a ZQRacing Gamer Series Gaming Office Chair-Black and have had no trouble with it, was easy to put together. You get more then you pay for! Great quality and comfy!

I wont be buying from them again.Box was left outside, delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell or knock. I spoke with someone prior to shipment and made it clear that when delivered the doorbell was to be rung. There was people home at the time of delivery including myself. They didnt even try to let anyone know it was outside. The box was pretty damaged and in bad condition.Im not happy with how the delivery went.I contacted zqracing and what i got in return is an excuse saying its because of covid. Dont use covid as an excuse to just leave a package outside in plain view from the road. The company has basically put their hands up and said not my problem. So if my partner had of been working a different time it would have either been sitting there all night or been stolen as it coupd be seen by anyone going past my house. Everytime i leave a review to let people know of the horrible experience i have had with they get it removed.

Great range of gaming/office chairs to choose from, all assembled at their office where you can go and try them all out. Which for me is a prerequisite when spending a lot on a chair. The salesman who helped me out was super knowledgeable , friendly and never pressured me towards the more expensive options. Just let me try them all and make up my own mind. Very happy with the chair I choose. I was recommended to them by a friend and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new gaming or office chair.

Very happy with my new Gamer Series chair! It arrived quickly, is very comfortable and when I had a small problem ZQRacing's customer service was brilliant - they resolved the issue immediately. Highly recommended!

Purchased two Ultra chairs on the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately, there were problems right off the bat. The gas lift on one chair arrived not working and still does not work. The special smooth glide wheels we purchased failed within 3 months, leaking ball bearings all over our floor creating a trip hazard, and the wheel base regularly cuts into our heels painfully when we pull the chair close to us to sit down. When we tried to contact customer support, we were told they could do nothing about the wheels, and we'd have to go through the wheel manufacturer ourselves. The gaslift they said they would replace but then never heard anything again from them. On top of that, the chair seats themselves are not padded well enough. I would never purchase from them again.

Speedy delivery and excellent customer service. I ordered my Saturn chair and found it perfectly comfortable except that the arms were too forward and fixed in place, making it hard to reach the keyboard. I emailed them about it and they were quick to offer me a swap with their adjustable arms at a discounted rate. The new arms were shipped quickly and now my chair is perfect for my home workstation.Thank you ZQRACING! 10/10 highly recommend.

Have had my chair for around 3 years now, been an excellent chair apart from only a few small things with the racing strip starting to peel off, one set of wheels have fallen off and when attaching them back on, fall off again almost instantly and some tears on the arm rest. Other than that (3 year old chair remember) it has been a great chair to use.
