I went with Gareth as he was recommended by my mortgage broker. Wasn’t easy to get correspondence with, often ignored e-mails and calls for days, wasn’t even the first to tell me the settlement went through!! I wouldn’t recommend if it’s your first property, too hard to get information from , dumps numbers on you with no real break downs and ignores you after he gets paid.
