Traveled with Events for the RWC Japan. Excellent customer service, flexible options with match packages provided, good seats and best accommodation of our trip was booked through Events.Looking forward to RWC France with Events!

These guys did an amazing job of putting together our Hong Kong Sevens package from start to finish and I can't recommend them highly enough. It started with a really professional brochure which clearly stated the inclusions and different options in packages. The team were really accommodating with extending our stay beyond that which was included with the standard package. Booking early meant that we got even better service by being able to get one of the Events Travel Hong Kong Sevens shirts and even got an extra experience with a cruise on the harbour as part of early bird booking.Where they really shone, though, is when things didn't go exactly to plan. A curveball from our original hotel (through absolutely no fault of Events Travel) really put a spanner in the works, but we were kept informed of progress for finding alternate accommodation. An alternate was found, the team took care of everything including updating our transportation to the new hotel, ensured that everything that was included with our original package was at least incorporated at the new hotel and then some.Honestly, we had a fantastic time at the Sevens and we really thank Events for organising it all. I would absolutely go through them when we go next time and really recommend them. Cheers!

Had a great time at the first test in Birmingham. Everything was good, nice hotel and tickets down the wicket. Result was good too!

Great agency, gave good choices for World Cup in Japan. Amazing choices of accodmation
