I purchased a Yamaha piano with them and I would say its the best decision I've made. I've worked with Stewart personally and he is one of the most sought after pianist in Melbourne. There's just no way you can compare House of Pianos to majority of the piano shops out there. Having each piano professionally setup and maintained(which in itself is beyond what most shops offer), and on top of that, the pianos were handpicked by a top professional pianist. Its really a privilege and a blessing to know a piano shop of this caliber exists. I highly recommend Stewart Kelly's House of Pianos to everyone.

I am an adult beginner learning to play by using online resources and books with next to no idea what I’m doing. I contacted House of Pianos a couple of weeks ago via email seeking information on digital pianos. I promptly received a reply from Stewart with some suggestions and an invitation to come and try a number in stock. I visited the store on Saturday afternoon and walked out with a lovely new piano that same day. Stewart treated me with the utmost respect despite my lack of experience, provided me with sound advice and ultimately a lovely product. His customer service from start to finish meant I didn’t even bother looking elsewhere as the experience was so easy. I’m looking forward to continuing my piano journey and hope that one day I can do my beautiful new instrument justice.

Steve is very knowledgeable, he gives genuine advice according to your need without the feel of hard selling either. He even offers to deliver our piano with his vehicle because one, I currently have an elbow issue lifting heavy objects and two we live close by. Knowledge, price, and services, this place ticked all the boxes, highly recommend if you are after a piano.

Finding Stewart and House of Pianos was meant to be. I spent Lockdowns 5 and 6 researching online what I might want to buy (having bought a keyboard online to “get me back into music”). When I was finally able to visit the showroom, I walked in, spotted my Baby Wertheim and it was love at first sight. Stewart let me try several of the others on the floor, just in case. He was super helpful both in person and in later emails where I bothered him with several questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Stewart and House of Pianos.

I recently bought a Casio Grand Hybrid GP310 in Black Stewart Kelly's House of pianos.I am absolutely delighted with my new purchase. Both the digital sound and touch is incredibly close to that of an acoustic grand making it an enjoyable playing experience.Stewart was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If you need a new piano I would not hesitate to buy it from House of pianos.
