Great Variety at this store it was rather busy on Saturday morning with quite a few people waiting to be served chap behind the counter did like to talk though so we had to wait otherwise store ok

I like this store .. good range of stock. I'm an amateur motorcycle mechanic and I dont come here very often, but when I'm looking for something, theirs is always the first website I go to. I'm always dealt with efficiently by the guys here. They really know their stock. The prices are competitive and sometimes I've shopped here, even when I've had to pay a bit more.

Complete lack of customer service while shopping today. Came in with a list of items with model numbers from your website. Staff behind the counter told us there was 3 in stock, but basically refused to step out from behind the till area to help us locate it. Even after we came to the till with a wrong item, she just wouldn't assist in helping to find the Makita drill packs in any way. Store was not busy. Two staff members on. Pretty disgracefully. I was ready to kit my entire home workshop out today. But left with just one item. I'm sure down the road will be much more engaging with their customers and our money tomorrow morning when I finish my shopping. Thank you for your time. Sat 8/1/22 330pm

Went in looking for advice about taking rounded hex bolts out of a Ryobi Planer. Guy at the counter cut me off before I could even explain what I wanted. We dont do Ryobi repairs" he kept saying over and over. After about my 5th attempt to explain that I just needed to get these rounded bolts out to change the blades
