The service my wife and I received at Ireland's was uncomplicated and honest. We never got the impression that anyone was trying to lead us along or push us into a purchase. Terry, the salesman who looked after us was courteous and knowledgeable. He negotiated a good deal with us and has offered his assistance with any questions that come up as we get used to our new car. I would have no problem with going back to Ireland's.

Our experience at Ireland Holden was second to none. Terry our salesman was amazing, he looked after us so well, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal. The outstanding service continued after we signed the contract. Pat the finance officer was so helpful as was Susan who looked after registration etc. Could not be happier with the service we received from initial contact to the end. We highly recommend this dealership.

Such a lovely Team down at Ireland Holden Cairns. Patricia in finance went above and beyond for me, Susan helped me get a GREAT deal on paint and intro protection aswell as tinting! Ruby was so lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful. Terry got me a steal of a price on my brand new car! The whole team was not like other car dealerships, they did not push me to buy a car so they could make a sale, they did not call me ever day to get me to test drive a car. The family owned business of Ireland Holden Cairns main priority was ensuring I bought a car that was best fit for me. A huge thank you to the team, I really appreciate the effort and support you all went to to ensure that I was happy! :)Will definitely be recommending EVERYONE to head your way!

I cannot fault Ireland Holden staff or customer service. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt special. And, in a world were old fashioned customer service has been replaced with overseas call centres and virtual meetings the human touch has been lost. The human touch that makes the customer feel special; that their needs are important. If you want that old fashioned customer service then Ireland Holden is the only dealership to go to for your next vehicle.

By far the best GMSV service centre on the East Coast of Australia. I called just to get a mechanic to cast an ear over the engine as the idler pulley didn't sound quite right. They said with no hesitation to bring it in. Once I bought the Silverado in they confirmed the issue and asked if I had any other issues. Within 1 hour I was called to bring the car back in and all problems were resolved within 3 hours of drop off. They drove me back to where I needed to be and picked me up when the car was ready. Couldn't speak highly enough of Damien the foreman and the staff behind the counter. Very impressed and would highly recommend these guys, cheers
