Brodware

Very disappointing product and service. We spent over $2000 on our Brodware tapware only to find that once installed as per the instructions provided it delivered hot water first then cold water when using the progressive mixer. After many, many phone calls and plumbing hours wasted attempting to have the problem rectified we were left still being told that it had been installed incorrectly. The technicians were rude and never replied to emails or phone calls leaving us without a functioning bathroom for almost three weeks.

Very nice but pricey. Purchased Winslow line shower set, basin set, toilet brush set and toilet roll holder. A little disappointed with the following:1. The hand-held shower rose is not well balanced, and heavy (probably due to having ceramic accents.2. $100+ toilet roll holder is not reversible and therefore (in our situation) the grub screw shows on top and it is not flush and sharp to the tough.3. The $200+ toilet brush set has a rubber ring and grub screw but the grub screw is too short to hold the bowl firmly.Still, they are otherwise very good quality (albeit the first lot were faulty. However Brodware did immediately replaced them when we complained). Quality control could be better but it is nice to purchase Australian. The lovely design gives our 1930's bathroom an old world charm with the advantage of modern functionality.

Added a city stick sink mixer in brushed nickel to my new kitchen, looks great, find the extended lever really handy. I'm not going to redo bathrooms, but I think simply adding this range will give the rooms a much classier look.Great brochures and customer service.

Hardwearing, quality product. My out door shower is in great condition since I purchased it in 2020 for our beach house

I am a sale consultant for a bathroom retailer. I have sold many different brands over the years and Brodware by far is the best company I have delt with. Quality Australian made products with a range to suit most designs. The team behind the brand is what truly makes this product. On time deliveries and any issues fixed right away.

As a builder, I highly recommend Brodware. They supply Beautifully designed, Australian made, high-quality products and their range of incredible finishes will give your space the edge you are after. Additionally, their Customer Service is next level.

By far the absolute worst tapware to install on the market. I own a plumbing business in which we do a lot of high end renovations and new builds. Our architects choose this product and I can not stand it. Whoever designed the tapware and installation method has not installed a tap in their lives and has no idea. We have spoken to suppliers who admit this complaint is ongoing and across the board from builders, architects and plumbers. Your plumbing installation will be compromised by choosing this tapware.

Brodware promise to be an outstanding Australian product within the market, which is not only evident in the amazing warranty period provided but also backed in the delivery of an outstanding quality product that we received for our ensuite renovation. The tap ware and fittings for our bathroom were well worth the wait time (opposed to other off the shelf brand products) for the superior, exquisite and elegant product we received. We are 110% satisfied with the product as well as the customer service and support we received with all our questions along the way. We never had any issues with any of the products and these were all installed by a professional plumber with ease. I can't wait to use their products again when we tackle our main bathroom for our next home renovation!

Extraordinarily cool products that look great. Worth the expense without a doubt. The after sales support though - horrible. You don’t get responses when promised. You get brushed off. Completely ignored when trying to resolve issues. I will never purchase Brodware again as a result (which is a shame because the products are really lovely). I won’t publicly name and shame employees, but I have shared my feedback with the company directly so this post shouldn’t be a surprise to them.

Great after sales service & products. All bathroom fittings are still in pristine condition after 4 years of lots of use. The 1 small item which lost it's mojo was promptly replaced within a day FOC. Very happy with all things Brodware.
