For over 30years we have been a customer and never once has our meat been tough or poor. He ensures the beast has been killed kindly and quick, and when he cuts the up the whole beast it’s always fresh and free from any colouring/gases/additives. It’s very rare that you find a butcher who uses the “the old European way” of doing things, and they are the same from day 1 till 30yrs later.Also has great bones for pets /soup and costs next to nothing.

All staff should be wearing gloves when handling meat and cash. Very unhygienic.
