The customer service was very good, staff very friendly, the atmosphere was nice even though the store is in the middle of a busy shopping centre. We enjoyed our outing a lot. Coffee was outstanding and the muffin delicious. My kids loved the chocolate milkshakes. Thank you!

We went on Saturday, arriving and putting in our order sometime around 11.50/11.55am. It was busy, but the coffee came out quickly, with no spoon which we got up for. Then we watched other tables order, sit down, receive their food eat and leave before half of our food order arrived, cold, as we had seen it be put up of the service counter not that long after our order was put in some 20 minutes prior. We returned the cold dish, asked after our other dish, and there was an offer to remake it. Poorly phrased with no sorry. I had to clarify that they were doing both dishes fresh. We eventually received our order around the 40 minute mark, and were immediately asked if we wanted more drinks... unknown if this was an offer to comp drinks or an offer to relieve us of more funds. I'm not quite sure how the customer service usually is at this Jamaica Blue, but I was less than impressed today. The food was subpar, with the hollandaise particularly flavourless. The tables and chairs seem sturdy but the wooden salt and pepper grinders on the tables are worn and a little dingy. The table numbers are heavily worn and torn, making things look a little tired.

Bacon was cooked till it was dry. The poached eggs were hard boiled and tasted like vinegar. I felt ill about 10 minutes after I ate and I couldn't even finish the plate due to the taste. Massive waste of money.

Paid $18 for chicken and mushroom crepes. They arrived and had no flavour to the filling or crepe itself, no mushrooms and the side salad dressing was awful.

Came here on a sunday 11/12, just for a quick bite. They were busy at the time 12:30pm. Order muffin,scones, coffee and ice chocolate.Muffin didn't really taste fresh, the scones were nice. The coffee was ok and the ice chocolate wasn't made properly.

I've always liked JB food and drinks but was a little disappointed this time. Muffin was dry and very tasteless (no flavour). The pumpkin quiche was okay but not something I would order again. My cappuccino was super strong (might order weak next time) and the ice mocha was flavorsome. Customer service was 5/5. Overall, not worth spending over $20.

Got a ham and cheese croissant for take away and it was covered in an absolutely disgusting salad dressing and a pitiful handful of spinach. Why there was spinach and salad dressing on a ham and cheese croissant is absolutely beyond me. Disgusting.

Food: Big Breakfast + hash brown. $28.50 Was average for what you pay for. Lacked seasoning, and flavour, sauteéd mushrooms were almost raw, a bit of garlic butter would go a long way. $5 for a tiny ramekin on avocado, maybe 20grams worth, again no seasoning.Service: the waiter was friendly and polite. The meals however came out lacking added items ie, hasbrowns, and egg that was requested to be removed was on the plate, their excuse was, wasn't on the docket"
