Went here for a family dinner, the food was really nice. Kids food was really good, I liked the menu in two options for bigger and smaller kids. Sitting outside was nice. Staff were super friendly, really couldn’t fault it at all. Will be back for sure next time we’re passing by. Thanks!

Pub wasn't open for meals. Despite all of the social media sites AND the external advertising saying that the Bistro was open 7 days.. and it was school holidays. Real shame we were looking forward to a counter meal.

The Royal Standard Hotel Toora is in deep need of a total and complete overhaul. The state of the hotel inside and out is very poor. The children’s play area is awful and depressing. It’s full of broken down machines that require coins and there is a broken pane of glass in this area too. The meal service is poor and the food is below standard quality. This pub has much potential but is grotty and disappointing.

Great little pub! Excellent food, great service. Very accommodating. We stayed in one of the rooms upstairs...loved the old architecture and atmosphere and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

A busy Saturday night and the bistro was pumping meals out. The Toora Chicken was delicious and the Irish Stew was nice. Would recommend you drop in for a cold beer and a meal is driving past.

Cannot see menu on Google maps so I tell myself if the restaurant is good then I will upload for them to attract more people. We end up having really good food here - scotch fillet which is awesome and the chips are crispy. They have Great Northern, Carlton Draught. Don’t hesitate to enjoy the food here.

We came here for dinner and it was phenomenal. Service was great, tables were cosy, atmosphere was wonderful. There's a great kids room too. Went into the bar and played a game of pool before leaving too.

Possibly the worst meal we’ve had in a long time and very over priced for poor quality. Was expecting much better given the reviews. The squid tasted odd, the crispy chicken was cooked in an awful crumb and dumped on top of a Caesar salad. The best part was the beetroot bruschetta. Very disappointing.
