Worst kfc I have ever been to. Waited more than 30 mins for my order. And then got told they couldn't find my order. After a search they found it and it was prepared. But behold they overcooked the chicken , found a hair on the chips which they replaced with chips that must of been sitting in the tray for awhile as it was shrivelled and warm going on cold.Also noticed while I was waiting 4 people walked in and had issues with their orders.

Without doubt the worst KFC I have ever visited. Waited in line behind a customer that took nearly 10 minutes to fill their after so mucking around. When I did eventually make it to the from of the line. The two girls in eye shot who were taking and filling orders proceeded to fill orders and ignore those who had been patiently waiting to order. After a 5-10 minute wait at the front of the line, I left the store in disgust. Two other customers in line behind me also left in disgust. Absolutely atrocious service!

I don't understand why they didn't tell me they didnt have the stuff to make the zinger crunch salad. They just gave me a bunch of lettuce with the chicken. I would've opted to not get it if I knew they ran out of slaw

The young female worker behind the counter short changed me by $6 dollars by the the time I realised being 1minute she had swiftly made her way to the toilet I told the other worker behind the counter and I was refunded this happened yesterday afternoon bout1pm I just wonder how many times she has done this I will never be going back! Always keep your receipt and if paying by cash make sure you’ve been given the correct change at this kfc scammers

Took 30 minutes to get our food - place is run like a zoo. Kids at the front are disrespectful and not an ounce of good customer service between them. After waiting 30 minutes I was told that there wasn’t any tenders cooked. What was happening in those 30 minutes I was waiting? All the customers were clearly frustrated and annoyed and your staff did nothing to help either. Won’t return to this dumpster again.

I will never understand how the staff can get your order so wrong! I actually went into the store to order and double check they had it right. Get home, two out of four burgers are wrong and the chips are soggy. If you were paying peanuts for your meal it wouldn't be so bad. No takeaway is cheap anymore but the quality and freshness should always be there. Pick up your service and pay attention to the order Greenacre KFC

Waited approx 10 mins b4 yelling for service. Crew to busy mucking around & no one wanted to do front service. Some customers left due to no front service & long waiting periods. Crew were told twice by a friend to do front service but no one came until I started getting angry & started yelling. I did get an apology

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. You’d be lucky to get your order in an hour sometime. The staff here has no idea on what they are doing. Every second order they pack is wrong
