Very poor customer service, sends damaged goods and the staff is very rude and aggressive when addressing this. Shop smells off and the experience here is very unpleasant. Every positive review feels robotic and looks very fake, very sure this store is making fake reviews to cover up the issues.

I've bought many models over the years from Woodpeckers and the staff are terrific. They're very knowledgeable and they will test run a loco that you want to buy just to be sure that it's a good runner. They're extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend Woodpecker Model Railways without hesitation. They've even offered me a cuppa tea or coffee.

Rang the shop and was helped by Steve.Was able to pay over the phone and Steve mailed my items that day and I received the following day.Items packed very very well.Very happy with service.Look forward to visiting the store one day. It looks amazing.
