They never answered my request for assistance.

They really need to remove the express from there name, as they are far from express, rang for urgent road side assistance, I was told it would be atleast a 2 day wait, yeah real express when they are happy to leave you standard, and then have the ordasity to tell you, if you make a booking and cancel it, they will charge you a cancellation fee! This place is an absolute joke, only called them first because I though they would be reliable, but nope, completely useless, ignorant, and customer service staff were so rude, ended up calling another mechanic, and has the issue resolved fast and efficiently. Would recommend to any, and everyone to not even call this place as a last resort, because honestly, walking would be a better option then to deal with these lazy, ignorant hopeless people, please don't waste you money on them.

I used this copany for a radiator repair. The mechanic that came out was pretty good, he got the repair done in ample time which has been working fine ever since.
