Great service! We lost our phone on Stradbroke Island and had to send a friend to go find it, Brent was so nice about it and came back to get our friend once she found it! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Brent and his water taxi service. He was super patient and very professional, and along with having a good sense of humour he ensured our families voyage to South Stradie and back was an enjoyable experience. He even went out of his way to pick up my lost mobile and deliver it to the island. Will definitely use his service again, thanks Brent, from Grant, Andrea, Matilda and Lucy.

25 knots spin on the sea is always fun

not a pleasant experience at all. our time slot to leave was 9:30-10:30. arrived at 9:34 and faced an old man with a grumpy look on his face. ‘you’re late’ he said and charged us an overweight fee. fair enough, there were 7 of us and we did have a fair amount of luggage. nothing too eventful happened there. however, the main issue is when we headed back. we had confirmed with him for him to arrive at 3:30pm sharp, and he arrived 20 minutes late. that is okay since it wasn’t confirmed that it was his fault, other people may have been late and it impacted on us. when we confronted him with this matter, he got angry and aggressive, saying things like ‘so are you still taking this ferry or not?’ and ‘it’s either you come on this ferry, or you can stay there’. this was highly unprofessional and not what we had expected. he had given us a $10 off fee that ended up being useless as we were once again charged with an overbooking fee, although in no way were all our luggage worth a weight of 140kg (20kg per person) or there were any hard shell suitcases. the extra $10 he charged us wasn’t the problem - it was the attitude and sheer disrespect that was shown against us.

Marg was absolutely amazing and made our transfer from Hope Island to Couran Cove just wonderful.She was on time (even early), friendly, professional and even changed our booking return time at the last minute when we requested it to accommodate our needs. Very quick to reply to messages as well.5 stars for sure.

Brilliant service! So much easier for my sister and I, than driving from Coomera Waters to Sanctuary Cove. It’s literally 10-15mins on the water taxi! The service was second to none and pick up was just as timely as drop off! I will definitely use this service when visiting the Gold Coast next time! Thank you
