If I could give 0 stars I would - we had a terrible experience with Ark Interiors and would encourage prospective customers to engage this company with caution. After agreeing to the quote provided and paying a significant deposit, Ark Interiors partially installed our kitchen / bathroom and laundry cabinetry with numerous defects. When these defects were raised with the company and they were asked to attend site to discuss solutions, they refused to attend, stopped answering our telephone calls and emails, and did not return any messages left at their office. After a week of no communication from Ark Interiors we found out via a third party subcontractor that Ark Interiors had advised him not to proceed with our job - leaving us to assume they had walked off the job without any discussion with us. We have not heard from them since and have been left to engage other businesses to rectify their mistakes and finish the job. In our years of dealing with various trades we have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Extremely disappointing.

Wow Marcel is one of the most professional cabinet makers and designer I have ever met. He has just finished our new home and offices in south bank. Thank you so much for those little extras that I did not expect It means a lot to me. Definitely you have gained our trust and our business.
