Mentone Veterinary Hospital

This has been our family vet for so many years. They are always so warm and welcoming & so caring. They have always taken so much care when it comes to the health of our dogs. Can't recommend this Vet Hospital enough!

Such a fantastic group of truly lovely individuals. Their level of expertise and their level of care and compassion is second to none. Absolutely wonderful service.

I just spoke to Fiona on the phone and she was incredibly helpful and kind. This level of service is rare and so very appreciated.

Not my normal vets but my dog Harvey was hit by a car and Mentone vets was the closest. Rosie the vet on duty and her staff were wonderful. They took Harvey from my arms and explained what they were going to do .. sedate, X-rays and ultrasound to see if any injuries. They rang me twice during the day to let me know how he was going. Last call was the best news .. no breaks but bad bruising & swelling. He was walking, eating, drinking and most of all wagging his tail. Rosie and staff I can’t thank you enough on how you calmed us both down. We got through the night and he is walking slowly today around the house. And that tail is wagging! Thank you for your care and dedication. Thoroughly recommend this vet.

Waited for 45 minutes with no one else in the waiting room. Could hear everyone on their lunchbreak. Was told my 2 month old kitten was a female and it is actually a boy. Female vet was in fairy land. Went back to Aspendale Gardens where they’re much more caring. Do not recommend

Very grateful to the vet and staff for helping our (dog) Lily who hurt her leg just that morning and was in a lot of pain. Shortly after making an appointment, they called to inform us an early appointment time became available, which was most appreciated. The vet throughly examined Lily and got her pain under control. We took her home and she was back walking normally within a hour or so.Very happy with the quality of vet and staff and pricing is excellent.

I am new to Australia and wasn’t sure which vet to go with, I am very happy I to have discovered Mentone Vet. The level of care is truly outstanding, the doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and make you feel welcomed! Their ethos is something you don’t see everyday, highly recommend this vet.

Not going back again fake staff didn’t get a proper service… I think I was getting the sum up not my puppy!! Never attending again! $90 for consultation for vet to tell him I need antibiotics for my 4 months olds green infected eyes!!!
