AudioHearing Brighton was found to be professional, flexible and understanding.Having hearing aids fitted for the first time is a daunting process but their offer of free changes of various types and models during the first 30 days was very useful. The final choice selected, after trying two other systems for a week or two, has proven to be very easy to use, live with and has offered an everyday lifestyle improvement. The Bluetooth phone system has made communication clear and easy.Highly recommend Alex and his professional staff.

Have been taking my 91 yr old father to see Alex and the team at the Brighton centre for a few years now and we are extremely happy with the care that my father receives. Alex goes to great lengths to ensure dad's hearing aids are working well and and that my father leaves felling happy and confident with his level of hearing. Reception staff are very friendly, efficient, professional and very welcoming.

DO NOT waste your money here. They sold me $340 earplugs, they have broken TWICE and they now inform me when I try to get them repaired a 2ND time that they are “DESIGNED TO BREAK”? Dimi the receptionist at the south yarra clinic is the rudest human I have ever had to interact with. She said it’s ‘your word against ours’ as to me not being informed that $340 earplugs are designed to break? The most pathetic and atrocious customer service I have ever encountered. Do not spend money here.
