7-Eleven Narrabeen

Used to love coming to this 7/11 the staff however are now very rude and condescending. They wouldn’t let me a young female into the store to do a quick shop at 10pm at night for safety reasons instead I spent 10 minutes sending the server backwards and forth to collect items around the store like how ridiculous and the server was annoyed at me for doing so. I was on my own. I understand after midnight ? But I’ve been able to access this 7/11 after midnight on most other visitsAgain I turn up at 8.30pm last night to buy chocolates they’re advertised as on sale if you buy 2 with little tag signs. I’m then charged at full price for each chocolate. I couldn’t figure out how 6 chocolates totalled to $30 I walk back and mention that I’ve been charged full price for the chocolates I’ve just brought per the receipt. The attendant is rude and blunt and says no no that’s for tomorrow, deal for tomorrow not today ? Why is there signs up then at 8.30pm tonight ? He just looks blank at me with no response and looks annoyed. Couldn’t even be bothered after that.Will take my business to the new and revived ampol station down the road.

I deposited $20 on a new OPAL card & 9hrs later the credit still has not landed on my card. I don’t think this is normal.When I return 30min after initial the purchase the cashier assured me that the credited had been added.I wonder if this has happened to other people ?

Rude arrogant man this morning. Buddy, if you hate your job get a new one.I will not use their services again, and will tell other locals I know to stay clear of this joker.

The staff was so rude and asked me and my friend to leave store as we were making coffee he didn’t inform us that they were closing door and serving from window but later he allowed others to enter in store.Its ridiculous experience i ever had in my entire visit to this store.

There is a notice saying he is gone to washroom for 15 minutes and I came after 15 min still the same note. 10 people waiting outside. Just sleeping in there. Very unprofessional staff and poor service.

Good variety convenience store. Good petrol prices. Enter from Ocean street and Pittwater road.

To the Indian working at the front Til. Go back to scam calling people over the phone if you aren't happy working your job. KHOL EHKREEE SHARMOOTA

Took a long time to be served ..it was late at night and the doors were closed but the attendant took about 45 min to come to the counter..expensive

Friendly Service and Great for a quick coffee and a surf check :-). Thanks also to friendly VIVEK who does a great job working there.

Friendly staff who smile while taking your payment or filling the coffee machine. More importantly, the petrol price can be a few cents cheaper on the right day of the week. Four stars baby.
