The LEAP team always manages to maintain am impeccable professionalism in both their office and on site work. The employees care about their construction as well as their clients and fellow colleagues. To say I am impressed with the level of skill and care that goes into each LEAP build would be an understatement.

Leap Constructions built our 4 townhouses at Red Hill, the process was hassle free and we are extremely pleased with the high quality of the finished product. Paul from Leap assisted us greatly during the costing period in providing suggestions for cost saving so that we could build to our budget. Kristy is extremely helpful in answering all our questions. Overall we would be happy to work with Leap again.

We have had the displeasure of dealing with Leap Homes Pty Ltd. Last year we entered into the purchase of a new 'off-the-plan' development at Everton Hills with Leap Homes, via their appointed Sales Agent - Property Inc (West End). The project was supposed to commence in March 2022. Last week (July) we received advice, via our solicitor stating that Leap Homes had terminated our contract on the grounds that they couldn't secure finance 'on their terms' (this is directly opposite of the assurance we received from the Property Inc Sales Representative, Leon Iconomidis who clearly stated Leap Homes were both the developer and builder and that that they self-fund all their projects and there was NO such chance of this occuring).Drove by the site yesterday, very clearly recent activity (compared to the drive by I did last week) - large excavator used to clear the old dwelling and the lot of vegetation still parked on the property, rock ballast also deposited at the site entry for all-weather access and clear evidence of Surveying (marker pegs) having been undertaken. If you are not proceeding with a project you wouldn't invest a significant sum in these works. We suspect Leap Homes has chosen not to honour their contacted with us - rather choosing to terminate it on a technicality in order to be able to resell it at a higher price. For the record their office is no longer in Stafford per their website. Very shady company. BEWARE!

Our townhouse was built by Leap in 2015 and we have been the only owners. In 2020 we realised that our ensuite shower was leaking into the surrounding floor and ceiling below. After numerous people from various organisations coming to look at it/run tests it was found to be the responsibility of the builders as we were still within the warranty period. After months and months of various visits and waiting for Paul he said that the issue was with their waterproofing contractor and that they would need to go to court if we were to have the bathroom rebuilt (they realised by this time that several their jobs by this contractor had issues) and that this would take a long time. They offered us to have a coating on the grout instead which we took given we had already spent months not using this ensuite and didn’t want to keep waiting. After a YEAR we could finally shower in the ensuite again! Fast forward 2022 and the leak returned. After contacting Paul and being advised that he would check his diary to see when he could come and have a look, any further contact we tried to make has been met with crickets. We have recently paid $9000 to have the shower rebuilt as we plan to move and no longer have the time or energy to deal with this situation. During the rebuild we were advised that the waterproofing was a colour the workers had never seen and it was paper thin. I’m never one to write reviews or complain, however $9000, well over a year in total not using this shower, coordinating people coming to the house when we both work full time and having the downstairs ceiling repainted twice is enough incentive.
