Landlords beware!This agency works for the renter and not for the landlord. In my Experience, I was verbally assaulted on 4 occasions by the tenant over parking issues, work which the tenant expected would be carried out (erecting a screen) and a water bill. The tenants paid their rent on time and that was all Ruby Flynn-Edward’s was concerned with. They often didn’t mow the lawns, it took more than six weeks to get compensation for some of the damage that the tenant caused to the property.I would NOT recommend the Professionals of Ballina.
