National Storage Pymble, Sydney

I usually come here for the parcel drop off service with Sendle. Staff always very friendly, and take responsibility to help me chase up the couriers when they do not pick up in time.

Amazing service from Leeann and now Mike, and a bit of compassion and understanding of our situation. It has not been possible for us to get back to work in Aust for over 18 months due to Covid. We finally made the decision in May to give up trying to return to Sydney, even when borders opened there were snap lockdowns and isolation to contend with. Mike halved our rental for July. Our mates were meant to clear out our gear for us but Sydney went into lockdown so it couldn't happen. Now lockdown has been extended so Mike knocked $50 off next month's fees. Brilliant help Thank you Mike.Only thing stopping this being 5 star rating isa lack of policy of National Storage in general to offer financial help for people like us who have had to pay a few thousand in storage fees as a result of this Covid pandemic. (We intended to return to work in Aust) Lots of organisations have offered reductions, even banks and insurance companies, and it would have been nice to have had help with these fees incurred due to an event beyond our control.We so truly appreciate what Mike has been able to do for us. Thoroughly recommend Pymble Storage facility. No doubt when our mates do eventually get to access our gear Mike will assist as much as possible

Storage facility is fine but pricing strategy leaves a sour taste.They offered a discounted monthly rental at the start, including free insurance, then increased it after 6 months and started charging for compulsory" insurance. Six months later

I am really pleased with the service I received at Pymble. National Storage. It was conveniently located, easy to access, reasonably priced and I received exceptional service from Mike, who went out of his way to be helpful. I will definitely use them again.

I rent at Kennards next door, this placed is trashy

Helpful staff and less expensive than other storage places. Avoid storage on the upper level because of access difficulties.
